Private Consultation
(includes optional documents review)
During a private consultation, you’ll meet with me one-on-one via video call to discuss your situation and your goals. We may also review your administrative process documents or other related matters.
Consultations are conducted on Zoom. To avoid delays, please test your speakers and microphone with Zoom before our meeting. You can also dial-in by phone using the phone numbers Zoom provides.
How It Works & Best Practices
- Consultations last one hour.
- All meetings are recorded using Fathom. To opt out of recording, please notify me at the beginning of the meeting.
- No guarantee of results; you are 100% responsible for your outcomes.
Standby “Wait List” for Earlier Time Slots
Stand-by is now self-service. Simply check back periodically using the “Reschedule” button in the Calendly event; if an earlier time slot is available, it will be presented as an option to reschedule.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds are available up to eight (8) hours before the time you’ve scheduled, or for one (1) week after purchase, if you haven’t scheduled yet. Once these timeframes have expired, you may exchange an unused purchase for other products and services offered on this platform. There are no refunds or exchanges if you no-show or cancel with less than one hour’s notice.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you miss your appointment, for any reason, you may reschedule it once without paying an additional fee. After that, you will be required to pay again to reschedule.
